Staying under the RDI. Feeling good about myself. But my carbs and fat is very high compared to protein.. Should do something about that, and eat more fruits, and veggies. Check out all my options. Eating too much dairy products, their too fatty! Eat more veggie and fruits!

Doing okay. Finally getting into the rhythm and started a sport I'm going to stick to regularly. Challenges are really helpful and motivating. Finally not gaining anymore after stopping from eating at night. So far weight is staying the same but not discouraged.
