Haven't been logging in here as of late, but have been good about my food and excercise...and yay! I weighed in today and I've lost 8 lbs in the last two months! :)

My husband and I just moved two days a go and now I need to get us both signed back up at the gym (we were using the gym in our condo complex, and now we're in a house)...so that is something I need to get on in the next couple days!

I started a new "get your metabolism revved" diet yesterday to give me a crash course into being very hard core about my diet and excercise. It's the extreme version of the fat smash diet (seen on celebrity fit club) and I'm planning on doing it for a month or two before getting back to following weight watchers religiously. I like it so far...I'm not hungry, but you do have to plan a lot...and no bread for the first week, which is a bit hard for me! Anyway, I'll keep you posted!
