I went out and bought Summer Dance I thought how hard can it be to just dance..LOL Well I just found out..lol I went to the sweat spot and boy they really do make you sweat,and I sure don't dance like they do that's for sure guess I will catch on eventually.I find this kind of exercise makes exercising fun.

Ok have started over as I had forgotten about this site.Also I had gained weight when I quit smoking.I was up to 225lbs at one point but have joined the Y and have gone down to 219 so I am starting over and hope to shed some of these lbs.
