THE BIGGEST LOSER!
So i started a compitition at work, the biggest loser. We are 5 ladies competing. the goal of the compitition is to support one another in reaching their goal weight and to not pick up a few extra pounds over the winter.
It is a 3 month process and the rules are simple.
- support each other,
- you can loose weight the way you want as long as you are healthy and not starving yourself.
- and there will be no judging each other.
if you do not stick to the rules.. you are out.
the entrance fee is R30... meaning at the end of the compition the winner gets a price!!!

DRINK MOAR WATER!!!!!
I seriously have to drink more water because i get dehydrated and get these intense headaches, but damn there's only so much water you can drink.

My Ow My,, I can feel that i haven't done these exercises in a while..
Yesterdays workout ( 7th of January 2014)
50 Body Weight Squats
50 Body Weight Lunges
50 Side Lunges
100 Calf Raises
50 Dumbbell Deadlifts
50 Dumbbell Squats
10 Wall Push Ups
10 - 20 min swimming!!! in bad weather.
I even turned " Bum day" into a lil bit of cardio!!!
Today is Back and Tummy day so crunches here i come...
ow how i would love to have lower back dimples!!!!
