Man I don't wanna go to work today! But i can always see work as a workout since i throw trucks at a grocery store all day. I need to ramp it up! AND find myself on the treadmill at some point today, no matter how tired i am after my ten hour shift!

This is day two of starting my day with the treadmill. I think if that is the one thing i do every day i'll feel accomplished. and my legs are sore which is a good sign. I can't wait till my belly is gone!

now it's getting harder to think of ways to exercise. i know myself well enough that i know if i get a gym membership that i would be wasting my money cuz i would never go. i just need to figure something else out...
