Today, I'm beating myself up.

I am going to take a picture tonight to post because I am slowly becoming discouraged. I am only losing 1/2 - 1 pound per week. Even though I know EXACTLY why, AND there is not much I can do about it, I am still upset. Everytime I weigh in, I think of what I could have or should have done throughout the previous week.

I keep using excuses like, well, when the kids go back to school, or when my church's revival season is over, or when I get finished working all this overtime, I will be able to schedule workouts, prep my food, get some sleep, or whatever. Truth is, there is only 24 hours in a day, and I spend each of them exactly the way I want to. So, instead of signing up for OPTIONAL overtime in excess of 15 hours per week on the week school started back and church would be traveling to different revivals, I should have settled for my normal hours and fit everything else in accordingly.

My marriage failed because I tried to be Superwoman....

I can't let that happen to my life. My health is important. My children are important. My boyfriend is important.

Today, after this journal entry, the pity party is over. I'm resetting this keto lifestyle and getting back on track with my goals!!
