I have gained 8lbs but that is not goin to get me down. I hav not been recording my weight on fatsecrets for a while now due to the fact that I had gains 30lbs from my last weigh in. I have now last the extra 22lbs I had gained and I'm starting over again but this time I'm doin things right. I'm glad that I'm going to be a better and healthier for myself and my family. And I want to thank everyone who was there along the way with support.

omg it feels so good just to hav lost that 1 lb..i knw its just the beginning and im looking forward to the rest of the weight to shed i have 80 more pounds to go..so excited..im prayn to stay commited to this because its important to me an my health.

Omg..I feel like I can't lose the weight..I thought I was doing well but as you I'm not doin well at all..I don't like being this big its the biggest I've ever been in my entire life..its an unhealthy weight..I recently lose my job in I now am without heatlh insurance so today I been online applying for health insurance an I wasn't aware of the fact that if your overweight a lot of insurance comapnies won't even give you health insurance...do you how depress that made me..when the agent said we can insure you because of your weight..I really want to get back to a health weight and a happy life...I want and need to lose this weight I guess I just don't know how...I already don't eat red meat but I am a soda drinker which I am workin on cutting out all the sugar that comes along wit soda...please you guys I need help an advise..idk wat to do anymore.

ive been slowly losing this weight i cant stand so much n on my way to better n newer me :)
