Today was an interesting day! Actually got sleep last night! Not just the normal 2-3 hrs either, 7hrs! and then 2 hr nap before getting up! Yes! I had so much energy that I am still going strong @ 10pm. Didn't actually do "exercise" but played very hard for 30mins 2xs today and it wore me out! Also hauled around some 5 gal of water(35lbs I think) jugs and a very heavy electric bed frame. So not really exercise, but it is weight resistance and you do sweat! So I'm sure something came off today!!

July 26th
Today slept in till 11am then had grapes with soda before heading to work. Luckly it is only a 2 hr of work, but it is a hard 2 hrs! Afterwards I ate at the Jumbo Buffet. Then I lost all my ambition & energy! I couldn't keep my eyes open! In bed for a nap @ 4 & slept till 9pm! If it wasn't that I remembered the window was open and the cats outside, I would have stayed in bed! Now I'm waiting for one who is becoming increasingly hard to get in. I think a grounding is in order, but its so nice out! What to due! So didn't eat much today due to sleeping. Hope I have caught up on some, that would be nice. I also hope that not eating much doesn't catch up with me tomorrow!

So went walking with a friend ALL over Anacortes, La Connor and Fred Myers. Weighed at FM on the cool machine 188.02. Not much but I'm happy. Good day will be sore tomorrow!!

Ok so it's 12:05 am and I'm adding all the things I ate yesterday. This actually made me hungry. now everyone says not to eat after certain hour, but that doesn't work for me, as I have a very weird schedule. Having the snack of meat, cheese, & crackers didn't help, but hey I'm just starting this!
Writing all that I ate made me realize how much soda I'm drinking and yesterday wasn't a bad day, as I knew I was coming home to go to bed, so didn't drink as much to stay awake!
Hopfully as I lose weight, I will gain more energy and not need soda to stay awake! My dream! I know if I just drop the Dr Pepper, that I will lose all the weight I need to!
