My name is Lisa Ive worked for a fitness business for two years now and for the past eight months now Ive been working out, Ive lost over 50 pounds and im feeling pretty good about that but I still have another 50 to take off. I get alot of praise for my weight loss accomplishment but still have a hard time taking a compliment......yeah I have self esteem issues. My husband is my biggest supporter of my weight loss, he met me when I was large and took me as I was,he always wanted me to be more healthy (not being on heart meds)and Ive beat that challenge no more meds for my heart after I loss the weight, I want to lose more weight and I have great support from my friends and co workers at the Y. If I can lose the weight anyone can. Keep up the good workouts!!!

The Biggest Loser is Not Realistic
I think anyone can be a biggest loser if the put their minds to it. I dont have a personal trainer. But I do have access to the local gym, I try and go every chance I get, after a while I feel different if I dont go. I was getting close to 270 pounds and now Im at 205. I still have a ways to go, so dont give up on yourselves, its really mind over matter. If you can take the time to go to a fastfood pit stop you can take that time and go to a gym instead, you feel so much better afterwards. I did. Also if you cant afford to go to a gym, sometimes they offer financial assistance for people on a limited income. My place of workout is the YMCA. Hope this info can help someone who feels as hopeless as I once did.
