I think I'm back on that wagon, lost 3.2 since the first and started walking again. Hope the weather stays nice. New york and its 60 degrees.. nice walking weather.. thanks for the support

definetly fell of the wagon, and hit the ground hard.. I will need to get back up and start all over again. I am going to start with a new weigh in and keeping track of ALL my food intake..
Hope i can do it this time.. to much food around the holidays..

Not doing so good..need to get thru these holidays and maybe it will get better. Can't get my walking in.. need to have some one kick me in the butt toget moving.
The holiday are depressing for me, maybe tghis was not the time to start a diet.. but I'm trying
