Pessoal, estou precisando de orientação.:minha meta é ficar chegar aos 70kg, mas cheguei duas vezes na casa dos 73 e fiquei estagnada na casa dos 74. Passei mais de mês nisso, fiz JI e nada. Entrei na academia. Subi para 75,5. Da low carb passei para slow carb,pois introduzi feijão e grão de bico (às vezes consumo farelo de aveia). Minha dúvida é.:para a rotina de academia, qual a melhor a seguir, paleo, slow carb...? Não vou em jejum pq me senti mal uma vez.
