Just had a baby 6 weeks ago, already lost 40 Ibs including baby, 30 pounds after birth!!

It's hard to find time to exercise or make it to gym. I have a little one with no person to take care of him so I can go. Plus, I already don't see him all day because I work.

Still struggling with not making excuses to avoid the gym. ONce I get there I am fine, its just getting there. Where is my motivation? Why do I lack it?

Keep going down. Have been off track in activity, but gonna hit the gym this week and get back to being disciplined with my hubby. I have a plan...to lose 9 more Ibs - 14 more and the. Have another baby!! Need to clean up my diet, too much freedom, too many splurges.
Goal: activity and journaling food and activity and thoughts for motivation
