hey guys, today I've been eating fruit the whole day and I'm so afraid of gaining my weight, it was kinda unscheduled cheatmeal ( I've just eated almost a half of watermelon and during the day - 3 little pears, grape, 4 little plums and 1tsp of honey) I didn't want to eat this all food , exactlier I wanted, but I blame myself bcz of it. It's 1770 cal. (my deficit of ccal . is 1600, normal amount - 1900, but it's so fearful. how can I handle it?:(

Have you ever cooked vinaigrette(beetroot salad)?It's really delicious and contains of vegetables(law calories,ingredients:a boiled carrote,beetroot,pickle,potato,onion,salt,herbs and oil)and I'm gonna cook smth with asparagus,do you know any recipes?:)

my snack:a bowl of cottage cheese with 1tsp of honey, an apple and coffee with cinnamon, ohhh, yuuummy, have a nice day!:)
