LUNCH: 6 OZ CHICKEN BREAST, 1 CUP STOVETOP STUFFING, 1 ITALIAN SAUSAGE WITH BREAD, 1 PICKLES,2 OLIVES, 2 8 OZ GLASSES OF WATER.
DINNER: 3 OZ CHICKEN BREAST, 3 12 OZ GLASSES OF WATER.
NO EXERCISE TODAY.
