Yep. I'm here. Been a while. Actually, have been so busy with life that I forgot about dear ol', sweet, fatsecret. Will try to make it a habit again.
Going to embark on a new way of 'life'. Introduced myself to 'The Belly Fat Cure' concept and think it's the missing piece to my puzzle. 15g sugar per day and 6 servings carbs per day...supposed to get rid of the belly fat! Gonna give it a shot!!

Hi guys! Still here! Just been busy with schoolwork/birthdays/family reunions, etc. Haven't even weighed in because life has gotten 'off track'. Kind of went through a low funk last week. Think my emotions were getting the best of me. I dug myself back out of the hole and am still here, with a smile! =)
Today is a new day and this is a new week and my goal is to 'be on track' today. =)

Not sure what is going on but I've gone up 2 lbs. but my clothes are fitting loser! Not gonna complain! Even my boss told me AGAIN this morning that I'm 'still losing weight'. Feels great to have someone notice and comment!
Hubby's birthday today. Debating on buying him a cake or Krispy Kreme donuts. lol My daughter woke up this morning, heard it was daddy's birthday, and came out into the kitchen, looked at me with big crocodile eyes and said 'mom...want some cake...' as if she was forgotten when the cake was served. LOL

OI! Went to gym this morning and pushed a bit harder than normal. Stomach muscles are feeling it!
Heard some great preachin' this weekend! Thought I'd share a couple of quotes that inspired me!
1) People who know what they want push past the fear.
2) If it's possible...think BIGGER! God can help us acheive bigger than our 'possible'.
3) Once you know what you want, CREATE A PLAN!
I want to be healthy and fit. Not skinny but fit. That means I will be able to walk into any store and buy clothes off the rack without winching! In order to obtain that, I need to create a plan to reach that goal. So far, my plan is to get my bunns to the gym M-F, first thing in the morning, and to make a concious effort to eat healthy and only eat when I'm hungry. If I want to eat when I'm not hungry, I need ot ask myself 'why do I want to put this in my mouth'.
So far, it's working and I feel great because I am sticking to my plan!
Happy Monday people! Today I turn 39 and don't feel a day past 38! ha ha ha haaaa
