Nutritionist said to dramatically increase my protein and to cut back on calories. She said to restart my diet, so that is what I am doing!

I don't know what I am doing wrong!!!
Daily Average for February 2010:
Exercise: 3722kcal
Food: 1603kcal (Fat: 60.19g, Protein: 71.23g, Carbs: 178.87g)
This means that I should have lost more weight!

meal planning: figuring out the day before what I eat is helpful. That way when I get home from work I don't pull the "I will make fish sticks and french fries because I am tired and don't feel like cooking..."
I also make lots of leftovers and package them in portion containers. This saves time in the morning and ensures that I will not overeat.
I also supplement my main course with a vegetable or fruit as often as possible and try to eat something with protein for my snacks.
Any eating over 1500 calories I have to burn off at the gym within a week and I try to eat between 1750 & 2000 calories a day consistently throughout the week without eating after 9:00pm (except on Fridays, that is my cheat night).
