Hi Everyone,

I live in Australia and i run a home based business which is a lot of fun :), but im always sitting at my desk and not doing any physical movement, i decided to move my butt and get into action and start loosing some fat. I need Lots of encouragement and support that will be fantastic and i will personally support others to through their journey! :)

I am currently following the OsoLean Program, its a new program that's just come out onto the Market its a fat loss power that targets fat only and spears lean muscle. You put 2 scoops in your favorite drink tea/coffee or juice 20mins before breakfast and 20mins before dinner, and follow a healthy eating plan low GI.

Since being on the OsoLean Program for about 2 weeks now i don't feel hungry which is great and i have less heart burn and i don't get anymore leg cramps.

I am making sure im exercising every day some days is a challenge, the stuff great I have tried many other programs and i found one i am comfortable with. I look forward hearing whats working effectively for other members so please feel free to msg me.
