I had a really bad week. Felt tired & irritable all week so I didn't exercise. Didn't do too bad with calorie intake but I've got to step up the exercise. I need to do this so I will better about my self. I'm making a pledge to myself to do some type of exercise tomorrow.

Joined a gym and went to exercise classes. Small steps in the right direction. Proud of myself.
