This is really happening. It wasn't a straight decrease but an up and down. But the thing that made it work was not stopping. And i swear by a daily shot of ACV.

I've really gone hardcore these last few weeks of low carb. It's very encouraging to see the scale getting closer to my goal weight. I have stayed strong thru cravings and keep telling myself I will get some carbs when I get to healthy bmi and I start doing carb refeed days to ensure my body we aren't starving. It's so odd to be eating full fat cottage cheese and other yumminess and still dropping weight. My skinny jeans that were tight are now loose. Which is bittersweet. I have sz9 jeans but I'm not there yet so kinda in between clothes that I already own.
The most important part of this process is how good I feel about myself. My confidence is improving and I love letting my light shine on the world. Being positive is key to happiness and success in this journey and I am eternally grateful to have realized this. It makes lifes problems not that bad bc I wi be ok- no matter what.😊
