Saw 'The Boss' and the E Street band last night in Perth Australia. WOW what a performance, For those that have never seen him, seriously if you get the chance GO GO GO. Over three hours on stage without a break, and Ive never seen a band have so much fun on stage, they ROCKED. Meanwhile back on the diet front, despite several drinks and a very late night very pleased to see another drop on the scales :)

*Pats self on the back* I think this is the first weekend Ive enjoyed a drop on the scales hmmmm maybe only having three white wines Sunday and no alcohol on Saturday helped lol

Another kilo bites the dust, to paraphrase Queen. Moving into weight territory I haven't been in for a long while now - and its great :) Im going to need another hole in my belt, and the business clothes I wear will only be good for another couple of weeks or so - they are too big and baggy; luckily I still have some 'skinnier clothes' as I don't want to buy a new wardrobe yet, still a long way to go. But its really good to know that that light at the end of the tunnel is NOT an oncoming train. After last week, this is a brilliant week (so far) and I feel fantastic.

back on track after a hectic week with lots of distractions. This week is back to normal so 'ze rules vill be followed' really good fast day yesterday and brilliant workout this morning so all is good and looking forward to dropping at least one kilo this week (two would be fantastic)

Sooooo as predicted a huge holiday weekend: the weather was perfect, the wine flowed freely and boy the firework display held in Perth on the Swan River was massive. Back to work today, and a fast day to get back on track, I will check the weight tomorrow and see what the damage is but I don't think it will be too bad, restraint was adhered to 90% of the time :)
