Weight has been up and down, but I am trying to get back on track. I am now swimming at least twice a week and I add a third day when time permits. I had gotten up to 338 lbs, but it is coming down again.

I know it seems like I have not lost much weight since April, but I have. I have lost a total of 17lbs. I started Atkins and I love it. I weighed in at 328lb and had got down to 311, but now I weigh about 315lb. It was had at first eating no carbs, but it gets easier. I must admit that I have slacked off a little bit, but I am going back full on after Labor Day. It is good having a coach (my younger sister and her husband) because she gives me good tips and encouragement.
Stay tuned everybody; I've only just begun.
