O.K I've had a poo month with redundancy a very dear friend taken very ill and a very dear work colleague being diagnosed with liver cancer, but I think I am back on track and need to start eating again, because as my weigh in shows only loosing 2LB's isn't the way to go! so I need your help - how do I get an appetite without feeling guilty for eating - my problem is I don't really enjoy food - I eat something because I feel I should because I know not eating is bad for you - but if your not hungry how do you start your appetite? I know this will sound strange but food has never been a be all end all for me - and no I do not have an eating disorder - I can eat a full English breakfast as well as the next - so please if any one can help just get me on the ladder as I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels like this.
