Got fed up with not gaining control. So today is day 4 of my version of fasting. Hope to do 6 days just to kick start my body and remind it how to lose weight. Weigh in tomorrow.

I do great with low cal meals, then I give in to cravings like bread and chocolate. Wish I could go live on my own for a few weeks to get my head into the right zone to ignore cravings.
