Okay, hear me out - strawberry cheesecake bowl 🍓
Light and Fit Cheesecake Greek yogurt, SF strawberry jello for volume, low fat whip, & gf granola.
Post workout meal to get me quick carbs and protein. 2 meals down, 3 more to go for today.

+ 32 minutes on the stair stepper (99 floors)
Got plenty of rest (8.5 hrs of sleep) & carb loaded last night.

540 lbs x 10 powered by a carb load, 8.5 hrs of sleep, caffeine, & forgetting to take adhd meds 🙊🤪🥰 ~ definitely was fighting for my life reps 8-10

Shoulders + Cardio

Catered work lunch today but nothing celiac safe so, I’m bringing my own food & sticking to my meal plan. BUT I have Walnut crusted chicken to look forward to tonight though so I think that I’m the real winner here 🤤
