It's been a week and I am off to weigh in tonight! I finally started recording my exercise and meals on-line and am going to go steady and honest all week. And if my effort pays off tonight I'll show a loss. Wish me luck!

I started WW in March 2007 at 295, I hit my 10% goal in Sept. and my 30 pound mark. Now 3 weeks later I have still not gotten off the 2 pounds I gained while friends were down.
It sure is hard to get back on the wagon after going off. I have halfheartedly tried to walk again and tomorrow have a new walking buddy and I am doing YOGA 3 days a week, but getting back on the diet is for some reason tough. I know what to do and I don't think I'm eating horrible, but it's not good enough since I gained a few pounds a couple of weeks ago and haven't been able to get them off yet. OK new day new effort. WWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
