Its been a year, mynlast weigh in here was year 2013, i got pregnant last May 2014, and i have my 11month baby boy now, i didnt have any wieght lose the past months, after i gave birth. my post pastrum weight was 140lbs, thats massive!! until o decided to have my no rice diet, i breastfeeding my lil one, i think it helps burnt my calories. I go to gym on my 5th month post pastrum, i enrolled 3months to the gym, i git my personal trainer wherein we just met once a week within 3months, i attended class like zumba, piloxing, bodycombat, boot camp etc, i inserted effort into it, i never weigh
while on my work because i dont want to discourage and put down again while im on my momentum. until i can wear my small clothes on my 2nd month of work out, still i didnt weigh as told by my trainer. to make to stpry short, i am 113.96lbs now from 140lbs last May 2015. Seven months in the making. I just enjoy my lifestyle, being aware of the food i intake, and a little bit work out. I still have 14lbs to burn to achieve my 99lbs goal (my teenage weight) why not?? its possible!! ❤️😍
