im trying to find a keen weightloss buddy. someone uber commited
I quit smoking about 3 weeks ago! I am also trying to restrict my calories to about 1500 per day and I am doing about 20 minutes of biking and the elliptical per day. I has a baby 18 months ago and never lost the weight!
