Happy today!
Finally a loss!! I need to keep this up. I am going to try something different today and add avocado to my salad. Hope it helps fill me up more.

Help
I have been yo-yo dieting and I am not sure what to do! I go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week, for the most part watch what I eat and I am gaining rather then losing!
