Ok well no loss no gain I my meals although healthy mostly need to be more consistent eating at 9pm isn't good

Really proud of me I Got a job offer this morning and was like ewww celebrate I'm going for a chocolate eclair and a kolache but halfway there my manta got me don't wait for change make change and I turned around and got an egg mcmuffin no butter and a fruit and yogurt parfait no granola no not the best options but better options I reminded myself that calories add up and its better to have something with some nutritional value that might keep me full longer than junk so yea me :)

I messed up calorie wise today so bad but kids and I only do dinner and movie once a month so I feel better also didn't have any soda either and that's my kryptonite ill just get on track tomorrow and do some extra exercise
