Im on day 3 of going back to the gym. I am going to take it slow. Usually, I jump right back into it and I usually find myself getting discouraged along the way because I never see results. Well, maybe I see very little. But then I reach that "plateau" that everyone talks about and I just hate myself because I can't find a plan to work above it! So, I started on the treadmill doing 25 mins the first day and adding 1 minute per day of my workout. I do intervals walking fast for 2 minutes and running 1. Of course, some minutes have an incline. I am feeling pretty good about it! But after this week, I think I may jump on the bike and do resistance for a week and following that, i will switch to the elipitcal. I just don't want to find my body getting used to any one movement. Anyway, just something to jot down.
