I kind of expected the gain. Now I am eating well and my mom found a workout for me that doesn't put weight on my ankle! Next time I record it will be a loss!

I am really gong to focus on eating in moderation and making healthy choices for the next month well I can not exercise. My goal is to lose about 10lbs with really focusing my eating and doing what I can ab work and some upper body work since my left foot is out of commission. I am going to weigh myself tomorrow morning and see if I have had any movement in weight in the past week. I am going in with mixed expectations. I was working really hard before I fell but I have been at the mercy of my family this weekend food wise and I wasn't carefully tracking. Hopefully below 240 but who knows I may actually have a loss from previously.

It has been 3 days and I am already set to be done with crutches, I despise them. I am hoping a walking cast is all I need. I can't serve myself food so I am at the mercy of who ever is home. Our stairs are a bit steep so I don't feel comfortable using crutches on them. I couldn't take it so yesterday I crawled backwards up the stairs so I could shower with my mom's help. The crutches are giving me a workout and so did the trip upstairs. I can't weigh myself. Just send positive thoughts so that by October I can be back to running.

Was out running yesterday morning and got in a fight with the road, the road won. Fractured left ankle, road burn, gash on right knee and my left hand is cut up a little bit. No running for me for a while :( official date on Monday when I get my cast. Guess I need to focus on eating and small upper body work outs. I hear crutches are great workout.

So I did not get to sleep last night until 4 am. I ended up sleeping until noon. It is too hot and muggy to go do my hike now. I am going to make today my total rest day and I will go hiking Friday. I feel so off today because usually I am asleep by 1am and awake by 9. My schedule is so messed up!
