I feel like i did ok today but am really eating under calories allowed. Not sure if i am having enough protien. i think maybe too many carbs. As long as i'm loosing i guess it will be ok>

Well so far today has been pretty good. Trying to plan supper so i don't over eat. Hope everyone else is doing well. it's to hot here to get out and walk so, i will have to wait until later this pm to get some exercise. 95 outside with heat index of 100.

I'm using this tool as part of a weight loss program. I have type 2 diabetes. i've already lost 35 pounds but want to loose 30 more and keep it off so i can get off the medication. hopefully this will help. This is my first day using this tool. Lots of info to look at.
