Need recipies for South Beach breakfasts - I changed my screen name
Boiled ham is ok on the South Beach Diet Phase 1. Some people don't like canadian bacon. Breakfast is difficult on the SBD but Phase l is only 2 weeks so you can make it, Good breakfast choices are coming up soon. Hang in there.

High School Kid in NEED of some Breakfast
Try some ham and egg quiche cups to go.

Boiled ham slices cut into l/3 placed in muffin cups sprayed with olive oil
saute chopped onions and pepper (if you like) add to 1 cup of egg substitute or
whip enough whole eggs to make 1 cup. Mix together and pour into muffin pans,add some hot sauce, salt and pepper (optional)before you pour.
bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. These can be frozed and reheated in microwave. Makes approx. 6
