ok Well I might as well start today. I am in a very cloudy mood today. I can't seem to pull myself up. I can't seem to get myself motivated to work at all. The dishes have piled up and I feel very tired. I haven't had a dark day in a couple of weeks. I AM going to wake up tomorrow and it will be a sunny day. I am going to feel better tomorrow.
Diet:
I am focused on my eating and really going to work not to emotional eat today. Off to the grocery store to pick up some healthy things for lunch.
Exercise:
This is the tough one today. Feeling down really makes me want to sit and do nothing. I know if I go exercise I will feel better but I don't know why I just don't go do it. Karyn Just go do it.
