I cant believe how bad I have been :( I havent been running, tracking my calories OR watching what I eat at all. Im so dissapointed, but Im trying again. I dont know what happened, I got lazy...and I was SO close!!!! now im further than before I started it all!! UGH. Trying to not get mad at myself ... but its hard!

Been busy! and have been BAD at reporting :( sucks because getting it all on here really helps me keep my calories in check! So, fresh start today. Missed my run this morning because we had to take the car in for inspection :( but when Liam gets up im going out on a long walk/errands with a friend and maybe during his second nap (if he takes one!) I will get some Jillian workout in!

Finished my 5k in 22 minutes!!! I felt SO good! Then I celebrated with a little too much food the rest of the weekend, but I'm back on track now. Off to make some breakfast! :D

Tried to take it easy today in the running dept. because my race is tomorrow, but on our walk, Liam was freaking out in the stroller so I ended up having to run home towards the end. That's ok though, it wasnt so bad.
Down again on the scale today woohoo! And I did well with what I needed to get my waist down for yesterday! Looking forward to the weekend. Race tomorrow and a party ... hope I can resist the beers and junk food!

Still doing good! Down another pound! YAY. It was HARD to run today, so i think i need to cool it tomorrow. Im running the 5K on Saturday and i really want to do well. so running for me tomorrow, maybe just Jillian ;)
