It still feels like Monday...
I feel like I've been running around since I got up. Today was a day full of errand-y type tasks when what I really needed was to plant my bottom in a chair and study. I've got 2 quizzes, a spanish exam, and a lab practical this week (along with two post labs and 2 pre labs to do). Hectic is a good word - I just don't know how I'm going to get everything done by 8am Friday. Still didn't get a workout in today. My neighbor invited me to go with her to the fitness center this evening and I want to go so badly, but I've got to get my book open tonight. So I'm home studying for the rest of the night, probably into the wee morning light time. As for food I might log a couple things later if I find time but I'm still not eating much that is easy to enter into fat secret. Breakfast was 2 gluten free blueberry waffles on my way out the door with 1/2 can of yoohoo. While running errands I got an eggnog latte which is probably what has kept me going all day. Tonight was the Halloween Progressive Dinner. It's a tradition with my best friend to do them so I go. The food is just ok, especially for $10 a person. It's an ok event but I went because she likes them and I knew I needed to eat dinner. All of the dining places on campus were participating in the event so it was the only on campus option anyway. Ok study time from 8:30pm - 12am. Crossing my fingers I'm done by midnight!

It's Monday...
Went to bed at 3am last night so I slept in today. When I got up I grabbed an eggnog latte and breakfast sandwhich and hoofed it to the library where I studied until close, and then studied at the PUB until they closed. Dinner was a spinach salad and snacks included a few cookies. I also had a Naked Red Machine smoothie. Could have been better and worse. Instead of staying up until 3am studying I decided to go to bed around midnight, but here it is 1:30am and I'm just shutting this off. So, goodnight world. I'm in bed a couple hours early in hopes of having more time to, you guessed it, study tomorrow. Oh and maybe that workout that didn't get done today. See ya tomorrow.

I decided to start my diet over since I haven't been following anything and mainly using this for logging food awhile back. I also downloaded fatsecret to my new phone. I don't think I'm going to make this goal because I really don't have much down time this quarter but it's worth a shot. I'm going to try to make progress a little at a time until my break, and then next quarter kick it into high gear. However, I would like to be back down a little by Christmas so this is a start. Here we go..again.

So, I was supposed to make it to get groceries, work out, and study today. It didn't happen. Since there is nothing to eat but junk in the house I didn't log my food today, but I wanted to make it a point to at least update my journal. I don't know when I will get a chance to get groceries. Last night I was up until 3am studying anatomy and physiology. Today I did all of the laundry that has been sitting since school started. I also have a spanish exam tomorrow that I needed to study for, but I don't feel like I've gotten anywhere yet and its already 11pm, so I'll probably be up pretty late. Although I am trying to do a little here and there outside of schoolwork I just don't think I'm going to be back on track until thanksgiving break when I have 5 days off. I'm really happy I even finally got some laundry done, and the only reason I was home instead of at the library this weekend is because it was closed for an event. I'll check back in tomorrow.

Signing up for SHealth on my new phone and it asked for weight. I knew I had gained weight since Easter, especially with the stress this summer and now this quarter. I estimated 190 and then got on the scale, 198.2. Well then, It's a little worse than I thought. Still not upset about it though because I am finally getting A&P done for my degree and that is my biggest concern. I love me and I am loved for who I am, not my weight. Those people know how important and stressful school is and they know my weight will go back to normal when I am less stressed out and busy. More good news is that I am taking fast fitness this quarter so I'm going to be getting my butt in the gym here soon and have already started logging food and making better choices. :) Fatsecret is my homepage on Safari but I wasn't even logged in on google chrome. Now that I am I'm hoping it keeps me a bit more accountable. That's all for now! :)
