Okay. I have five weeks of being at home - ten pounds is a little much, but I want to set my goals high. Plan is gym six days a week, including a cardio workout at least three. Avoiding all non-whole-grains and junk foods with no nutritional value, and maintaining a vegetarian diet. Let's do this!
