45 year old man. Metabolism isn't what it was combined with the fact I got lazy and started gaining weight. When I weighed myself and I saw 213 that was a wake up call, I never had weighed that much before. I checked my weight history and in 2014 I was 187 and in decent shape. My goal is to get to 185 and reduce my BMI as well. No more pizza, fast food, beer, soda, lemonade, sweets and a huge reduction in bread and processed food. Corresponding with that is an increase in exercise, mostly body weight stuff and some dumbbells as well as jumping rope.
I hope to reach my goal weight by Thanksgiving and intend to weigh myself weekly to track my progress.
