Ugh.. I hate my weigh-in for last week. Gain a pound *sigh* not only that my eating habit seemed like it doubled. I lost quite a lot of energy due to allergy pills that I'm taking daily for the past 3wks. (gotta love pollens/weeds/wild flowers grow in your yard); and in result I completely slacked-off on working out. Shame on me! Well this new week, I took myself out of the allergy pill since I hate the side-effects that's been giving me (less motivation, as mentioned before lack exercise, bad food consumption, sleep that didn't really need)Summer is around the corner and nope I am not looking forward to regaining what I already lost.

(the bright side abourt losing pds.) I must say I'm enjoying the 'lose-ness' of my jeans. I'm still wearing them even though they no longer fit me right. At the moment it's a waste of money buying clothes when I know I'm gonna end up losing more along the way every week and probably only wear new clothes not more than 6x.
