I'm back! Although I mentioned it in my last journal entry, I have slipped. Summer is the hardest time of year for me because there's always things going on, especially in a beach town such as the one I live in, so eating healthy isn't always the easiest (not to mention the more than average heat-waves we have been having this year, so exercising is not very appealing either!). I literally looked in the mirror this morning, and felt like my stomach had doubled in size overnight! Not happy about it, but at least it is kicking me back in gear (and thankfully, I'm realizing this after only maybe gaining about 4 lbs back!). I plan on tracking all of my food in the diet calendar because I know I have been eating way more than the RDI for myself, so even if my exercise doesn't go back to the amount I was doing before, at least I am aware and consciously trying to keep my food and calorie intake to a reasonable level! Ready GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
