Drinking water is not the challege; the challege is the frequency with which I have to use the restroom when I drink the desired amount of water. I can do it; what I can't do is go go the restroom whenever I want to; I know that if I continue drinking, my body will gradually make the adjustment. In the meantime, I've gotta go, gotta go! gotta go...

Maintaing a healthy weigh is essential for good health. I feel better when I maintain good weight. I look better when I am at a healthy weight.
I am finishing my masters and sometime I get so stressed out when I am challenging an assignment; it is then that I want to eat, eat, eat. I just have to have somethng in my mouth. I have tried having carrots at the computer; they are certainly healthier than chocholate. Though other times, nothing, absolutely nothing substitutes for chocholate.
