Wow, I'm already at day 5. I'm certainly not going hungry, but think I'm making better choices. I'm already worried that this is too much food to loose weight. All my instincts tell me that I must feel hungry to loose weight. I'm trying to push these fears out of my mind and give it a try. I'm committed through Feb, if no change I will go begin lowering my food intake.

Day 3 went better than planned. I always start strong, but after the first 2 days I start to forget. However, I kept track of everything and it felt great.

Ok, so it's only the first day and most of it has been spent organizing my profile, phone and ideas. Unanswered questions that remain to be answered. What will keep me motivated? Why is this important? Is it possible?
