Well, Here I go again. I have purposely ignored these reminders. It's not at all that I am happy with my weight and my condition. Quite the contrary. I am so disappointed with myself and I feel pretty hopeless. If I can't even keep a promise to myself . . oh well. Where do I find motivation that will last? Where do I find hope?

Well - I'm back. Darn! Wonder why I can't stick to a diet long enough to lose more than 20 pounds? Even worse - why do I gain back all that I lose. Seems every time I commit to being healthier, I lose 20 pounds, quit, then gain 30. GRRR!
