Went to my parents which is always dangerous. Ate way too many carbs. I am showing a gain but think it is probably a large amount water since I didn't consume 3500 calories x 3 to gain 3 pounds. Back on the wagon today to get this gone and some additional.

It was a good week. I stayed within my carb allowance all week. Thank God! I have been using a "mood" tracker and have found that anger is not my friend. I am totally cool until I get mad and then I want to binge. Not good. I need to really learn to speak up when I feel taken advantage of or have hurt feelings. Anger results in pounds for me.
