Was directed to this site by a search engine. I am tired of being overweight and really want to rebuild my self confidence. Tired of looking in the mirror and seeing what I have become.
I am tracking my calories, carbs, fat, etc. I started recording everything I eat as well as my exercise/activity. I have found that If I have to record what I put in my body then I am apt to be more concious of what I eat. It keeps me honest.
Exercise is not my favorite thing. Haven't really found any exercise that I truely enjoy. So, for now, am walking on my treadmill for 20 minutes a day and recording how I feel before and after my walks/jogs.
Trying to keep a positive attitude!
