I just moved and need to change things up. I am stuggling and need a huge kick in the butt. I actually started yesterday and am down 2 pounds, but started logging info today. I have a class reunion in a month, and I need some of this weight off. I also got to run yesterday for the first time in 2 months. I am sore today, but I am gonna do it again. Going to work on pursuing that mile that I was doing two months ago.....I will do this,

it has been much better. still no exercise, but it is friday and there is a weekend. Hoping to get in 2 days of running if not walking..at least my weight is down and not just sitting there laughing at me...lol

Life has been full of many emotional obstacles. However, I am still striving to at least maintain. Have not been able to exercise due to not being home, and starting a month long job, that required being up at 4am and not getting home until 4am. Hoping when the job is over that I will be able to get back on track. Looking for anyone with words of encouragement.
