Tried intermittent fasting and it didn't work
- back to around 100 calories every 2- 2.5 hours with water in between. Right now having one jumbo hard boiled egg at 10 AM - one half cup steel cut oatmeal at 12 pm - large salad at 2 pm - Fat Free Greek Yogurt with nuts and berries at 4 pm - large healthy dinner at 6 pm - Kashi Go Lean Cereal before bed. Seems to be working better for me because I am no longer gaining. main problem is social eating - will avoid buffets and take home half in take out container if I eat at a restaurant - Cutting Atkins peanut butter bars in half if I need a snack - will see how it goes!

Starting Summer 2018, trying to avoid extra calories at work, cookouts, potlucks, parties, Office snacks, saving calories for outings, crab feast and show with Carol, Office lunch, trip to Chester and Joan's birthday, Gained almost 10 lb from last summer

one year ago Lost 25 lbs with take shape for life, now following a plan for starting at noon and eating healthy, need to start exercising, gained 5 back, have not been on this site since 2011, got Air fryer last month, really like it
