Week one day 6 of Ripped in 30. Also walked/jogged for 30 minutes, approx 20 min walking and 10 min jogging. I am determined to do another 5k in the spring. And my goal is to lose l0 pounds before getting pregnant, which I pray happens.

Okay, Bobby is home and together we have decided to get serious. He is helping me learn how to eat right, count calories, and eat frequently. I am on day 4 of Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30. I also want to start running again, if weather permits. Today I walked briskly for 20 minutes, taking Roxy with me.
