I feel like crap. I don't know what happened over the course of the last few days, but I do not feel like myself. My head is pounding and I have a slight cold. I am also finding it hard to focus lately though. I'm sure it's my body getting adjusted to everything, but I HATE THIS PART!!!!!!
At least I don't feel hungry anymore. Yesterday was one of THE BEST days I've had while trying to lose weight. I was focused and I didn't stray ONE BIT. I feel lighter when I walk and can already sense my confidence rising. My stamina is building at the gym and I am starting to get work-out "highs".

Starting to feel really good... trying to eat fuel instead of food... Today's going to be a great day. Packed Granola and an apple for bf and my gym bag!!
