I haven't been on this website in quite a while but I think that I can really use the support now. Since leaving the site, my weight has fluctuated a great deal. I managed to lose over 60lbs last year but have gained it back due to some unforeseen health issues. I am feeling up to getting healthy again and thought everyone was always supportive on this site and that is something that I can use right now.

Well I finally got on track with food! I wasn't eating healthy at all and then I just realized If I really dont want to live like this anymore I have to do more than workout because what's the point if I'm working out then eat a crap meal right after?! I have been precooking and packaging all my food so its ready to go and ive been recording my food journals in advance so i can just glance at them then grab what i need. The more i et like this the less desire i have to eat the unhealthy things =)

Ok so the hardest part is over for me-I have officially kicked my soda habit!!! My husband brought some home last night and I haven't even touched it-today I even stuck my tongue out at it when I opened the refrigerator hahaha Now I just need to perfect my eating habits I got new tupperware so i can label and precook/chop everything and easily store it where its within reach and easy to stay on track =) Im excited
